About The Role
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain & Continuous Improvement, you will have ownership of the quality system and be a driver of quality improvement of both product and of transactional nature. You will manage and execute projects to deliver both process and financial improvement in line with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will build great relationships with all levels of the business to allow fast and successful change with minimal resistance. You will be an ambassador for business quality with team members, customers, and key stakeholders, delivering projects on time with the desired outcome. You will offer creative and proactive ideas to improve the business, whilst being a key member of the team, working towards the same goal!
» Manage quality within the non-conformance software running weekly and monthly quality meetings with the wider team.
» Liaise with the customer regarding quality issues.
» Manage process improvement projects.
» Drive quality improvement using the data collected.
» Managing the Quality Software, Liaise with Customers, Run Quality Meetings & Manage the ISO9001 Standard and audit.
» Manage and lead Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Projects within quality and transactional environment.
» Coach and facilitate Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Projects.
» Run process mapping sessions for both Value Streams and Process Improvement Purposes.
» Run Root Cause Analysis Sessions to assist in reducing repeat NCRs.

Skills & Competencies
You will have experience in quality or improvement within a manufacturing environment.
You will ideally have a recognised qualification or demonstrable experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma / Improvement Projects.
You will ideally be ISO9001 Audit Trained.
