Our US Business & Marketing Manager Chris hasn’t always been in the ‘soap making’ game.

He recently returned to the race track (Tuesday 13th May), to test with one of the leading GT racing teams, JRM Group at Silverstone. At the wheel of their impressive Nissan GTR GT3 machine, after a lengthy absence from top line Motorsport Chris’ test and performance was a great success, with the JRM Nissan team inviting him back for further seat time in just over a months time.

Chris has competed in Formula BMW, Formula Renault and was Vice Champion in British Formula 4. The test went extremely well, certainly as well as I could have hoped. I got up to speed quickly, felt comfortable in the car, at ease with the team and given the conditions were changeable, which proved challenging, I think it was a solid run,” said Chris.

James Walters Partnership Manager at JRM Nissan commented: “Chris did a great job, he jumped in, was at ease with the car quickly, his pace was impressive in difficult conditions and I’m looking forward to working with him again in the coming weeks as part of our development process. We will be on-hand to help Chris develop any opportunities he has to get back on track in the near future.”

The JRM Group currently develop cars for the various endurance series’ within motorsport, including 24 Hour races all over the world, the Blancpain Endurance GT series and the Avon Tyres British GT Championship, including the car peddled by Sir Chris Hoy.
